For items available on our website from August 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, we offer free shipping on every order.

United States and Canada.

Where are orders shipped from? 

Currently, we provide detailed information regarding the shipping origin for each product:

 1. Shipped from the warehouse in California, USA

2. Shipped from the warehouse in Toronto, Canada

3. Shipped from the warehouse in Hangzhou, China

（International air freight + domestic ground transport）

 Most items in the sets ship from local warehouses, but all custom bouquets are shipped from China. Please be sure to check the shipping origin to avoid any delays.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the items ordered. As a general guide:

For orders shipping from domestic China. We will cover the customs and duty fees for your order.
